As part of its efforts to strengthen the consumer protection environment in the UAE in a sustainable manner, the Ministry of Economy is keen to enhance consumers' experience and guarantee their rights when they obtain or use goods or when they receive services.

 

Objectives :

   *  To gauge customer satisfaction with the consumer protection services offered by the Ministry.

   *   To welcome and evaluate development proposals, ideas and feedback on improving customer experience

   *   To enhance consumers' role as active partners in combating wrong business practices.

 

 Decision-making:

Outstanding proposals will be reviewed to develop new methods to facilitate and improve the application process for consumer protection services.
