Unlimited, Unrestricted Innovation

In an effort to develop innovative projects at the MFNCA and in line with the leadership's directives to engage employees, encourage them to think outside the box, and embrace original ideas, the brainstorming initiative 'Unlimited, Unrestricted Innovation' was launched and has already received 11 innovative proposals in the first quarter of this year. This helps strengthen the culture of political participation among members of the community, improving coordination processes between the FNC and the government.

Objective of the consultation

The initiative aims to motivate the public to think creatively and embrace innovative methods of communication between employees. It also seeks to promote innovation as a means to enhance focus, facilitate the accomplishment of tasks, and ensure the best results. Also on the list of objectives is investing in advanced technologies and embedding them in the Ministry's services to keep pace with UAE Government trends across all sectors, upgrade services, and promote happiness among customers.

Result

The public's participation - including proposals and opinions on strengthening political culture in society - will be reviewed and studied by the entity.
