FAHR: Proposing a name for the Professional and Specialized Certification Project

Subject:

Proposing a name for the new "Professional and Specialized Certification" Project by the Authority's employees. 

Purpose of Consultation:

Consultation with the Authority’s employees and taking their suggestions to choose a distinguished name for the new “Professional and Specialized Certification” Project, by launching a competition.

Decision-Making:

Choosing a marketing name for the new initiative, based on employee suggestions and opinions.

Competition Results:

The "Professional Certificates” for Federal Government Employees initiative team launched a competition at the Authority level to suggest a suitable marketing name for the initiative.  14 proposals were received, via e-mail, and after the proposals were counted and discussed by the concerned parties, there was consensus on the name "Elite".

Action:

The Authority worked on preparing the logo and marketing materials for the initiative in both languages, to be launched after that at the Federal Government level and raise awareness about it.
