FAHR: Holding a brainstorming session for People of Determination working in the Federal Government

Holding a brainstorming session for People of Determination working in the federal government. The Authority intends to hold a "laboratory" brainstorming session with a group of People of Determination working in the federal government. To get to know their needs and preferences, with regard to human resources systems and policies, and the government work environment, in a way that suits their needs and meets their desires.

Purpose of Consultation:

The Authority seeks to create effective communication with this important category of employees, to obtain their opinions, and to involve them in developing its services. To raise their level of happiness, and ensure the sustainability of the relationship with them.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will prepare a full report after reviewing the views and proposals of the participants in the session, to develop an integrated plan that contributes to supporting their requirements.
