FAHR: Brainstorming Session to improve the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources website 2022

Subject:

Based on the endeavors of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources to develop its website and its eagerness to involve its employees in the decision to improve the content and the look & feel, a brain storming session will be held to receive the views and feedbacks of employees and then to be implemented on the site which will provides better and easier services for customers.

Purpose of Consultation:

FAHR seeks from the session to involve its employees in the process of developing its website for the convenience of customers and to make it more attractive and easier to browse. 

Decision-Making:

FAHR will review employee development proposals and visualizations that will help in developing and improving the site, to reach the level of customers ambitions and aspirations.

Outcomes of the Brainstorming Session:

The Authority held a brainstorming session for developing FAHR Website, with the participation of a number of the Authority's employees. During the virtual session, some marketing ideas and suggestions were presented.
