Ministry of Interior is planning to expand the public
awareness about its electronic and smart services. This is done to inform and
encourage people to use the modern technology to access government services in
a quick and easy way and adopt the smart lifestyle. The ministry wishes to know
the utility and benefits of such campaigns. The ministry launches such survey
annually to gather public views about their eServices and the channels they
favour to receive these campaigns.

suggestions about the utility of the eServices available on their website and the
extent of public satisfaction with regard to its eServices.
It also wants to know the effectiveness of the content
of its awareness campaigns, the extent to which they have been beneficial and
the social media channels preferred by the public.

level of services provided to clients.
