As part of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) efforts to enhance the communication channels with the stakeholders, we have put a public satisfaction survey to improve the corporate website, as it is one of the major channels. The survey would help us to understand and meet their expectations on how to access information and services, which would enrich their experience when using our channels.

 

Objective

To enhance the stakeholders' engagement and involve them on the ongoing CBUAE developments, improve the level of visitors' experience and service users based on their needs.
