Service of Execution of Returned Cheques

Subject advice

A new service related to registering a request for the execution of returned cheques for non-fulfillment of the full value of the cheque or partial fulfillment of the value of the cheque, through which the cheque bearer can apply for the service to implement and collect the remaining amount owed by the cheque owner in accordance with Federal Law No. 14 of 2020 amending some provisions of the Commercial Transactions Law No. 18 for the year 1993.

Which helps to speed up the litigation process and raise the standards of the judicial work system and ensure the provision of the best judicial services to individual litigants.
