FAHR: Questionnaire for developing FAHR monthly HR Magazine

Based on the efforts of the Federal Authority for Governmental Human Resources to develop its published materials, especially the monthly HR Magazine, and its keenness to involve its employees in the decision-making regarding its development in form and content, a survey will be sent to find out the opinions and views of the development employees, and then implement them on the magazine; To raise the level of readability, make it more attractive.

 Purpose of Consultation:

From the survey, the Authority seeks to involve its employees in the process of updating the magazine - in form and content - in order to make it easier for customers and make it more attractive and easier to read.

Decision-Making:

The Authority will stand on the employees' development proposals and feedbacks, which will help in developing the magazine in terms of design and content; In order to reach the level of ambitions and aspirations of the dealers.

Outcomes & Results:

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the public's satisfaction with the HR Magazine, the audience's suggestions and opinions were taken into account, which would help in developing the magazine - in form and content - in order to make it easier for customers, and make them more attractive and easy to read and make the necessary updates on them, also in developing a marketing mechanism. The results were also reviewed and about 25 suggestions and feedbacks were received, and they were taken into account, and then based on them in developing corrective measures in line with the needs and aspirations of customers.
