FAHR: Public satisfaction with the HR Club Virtual Sessions

Consultation Subject: 

The Human Resources Club is one of the Authority's strategic initiatives, which aims to exchange experiences and best practices related to HR issues and support services worldwide, and within various government and private sectors. 

Purpose of Consultation:

The authority seeks to launch a questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction of club members with the sessions of the Human Resources Club, in order to find out their developmental visions.

Decision Making:

The Authority will measure the level of interaction with the virtual HR Club sessions and stand on the views and suggestions of customers and development club members to enhance strengths and develop corrective measures for gaps, to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the initiative.

Results:

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire, which measures the level of public satisfaction with the Virtual Sessions of the Human Resources Club 2020, the proposals and visions of the development club members (nearly 20 proposals) were taken into consideration, and they were taken into consideration to enhance the strengths, and corrective measures for the gaps were developed to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the initiative .
